Meet the People Behind the Foundation

Angelique Muhammad

Ms. Muhammad is an Educational Consulting professional providing recruiting, educational and program development services. She began her career in higher education as a student worker at Indiana University Purdue University Fort Wayne (IPFW). In addition to consulting, Ms. Muhammad has developed and instructed courses in English, Communication, Freshman Success and Career Development. Currently, she is focusing on the continued development of The PRCLESS Project, an individual development program for youth.

Anita Payton

Anita serves as the Director of Training and Development for The Dana Leroyne Causey Family Empowerment Foundation. Anita is a retired Corporate Business Process Trainer. Spent 37 years in Corporate America and has experience in banking/loan, HUD housing, accounting payables/receivables, payroll, retirement consulting and various levels of customer service. Ms. Payton has developed and led new hire orientations. Currently, she is focusing on publishing her book, The God of Restoration and the beginning stages of Rehoboth Outreach, a non-profit ministry that will provide much needed services to the homeless.

Our mission

The Dana Leroyne Causey Family Empowerment Foundation was established to assist youth and their families in obtaining the skills needed to become successful productive citizens by building their personal development and providing needed resources and knowledge to increase their understanding and ability to make sound decisions. We seek to collaborate with youth serving organizations to support youth and their families.
